He's French... It's a French thing.
But why is there an open air cafe with lots of tables with people sitting around them but nothing on the tables? Okay, so our man can dance on them but even so. Wouldn't happen in real life.

white: I have been known to dance about the house doing the mashed potato to entertain my children when they were young. Never on the furniture, though, and never in an open air cafe. I do like Claude's enthusiasm. Apparently this video reminded my daughter of me. :D
