The pictures in the article (see link above) show a pretty dramatic difference in the model and it actually looks "natural." However, the model warns:

Don’t advertise in the window what you don’t stock in the shop, as they say."Just one more disappointment after she takes off her make-up, contact lenses, her dentures, her hair extensions, and her Spanx.
As the article says, "It's definitely better than chicken fillets."

On a separate but related note, I've noticed as a bartender a major increase in the number of people, female and male alike, ordering the Old Fashioned this past year. I attribute this to Mad Men as well. In fact, people often tell me that that's why they're ordering it -- because they watch Mad Men -- and if you're feeling really bored, you can check out this clip here in which I make, among other things, an Old Fashioned live on location, at the jazz lounge where I work.
